Description

SCOPE OF WORKS
• The client is to provide a crash deck below the ceiling above the main stairwell with
an access tower into the loft hatch with a platform to safely lower waste from the
loft.
• This will ensure of no risk to the other building users being struck with debris on the
floors below and removes the fall risks over the stairwell.
• The erection a sheeted exclusion zone at the entrance to the works area with an area
to primary decontaminate
• The use of oxford matting and lightweight Youngman walk board boards with
handrails where applicable.
• The controlled removal and disposal none asbestos MMMF loft insulation throughout
the loft space (approx 500m2 areas are 4 layers thick) of the Clinical Practice centre
the removal of all associated rubble on the back of the fixed ceiling followed a clean
of the work area.
