Description

To deliver a structured, time-limited 1:1 coaching service for postgraduate doctors, dentists and pharmacists in training who are engaged with the Professional Support and Wellbeing (PSW) service in the East of England. Coaching will be provided as part of an agreed PSW support plan to establish goals, expectations and best ways of working, ensuring confidentiality when necessary.
Through goal-focused coaching sessions, participants will be supported to increase self-awareness, identify practical solutions to workplace and training challenges, develop skills such as prioritisation, communication and boundary-setting, and implement agreed action plans. Coaching will combine support, challenge and reflective practice to enable measurable progress, improve wellbeing and performance, and support safe and effective functioning within training programmes.
