Description

Valleys to Coast is establishing a multi-supplier Contractors Framework.
This procurement is being conducted as a multi-stage procedure. This initial publication marks the launch of the Stage 1 Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) phase to select qualified contractors who will subsequently be shortlisted and invited to submit formal tenders in Stage 2.
This entire procurement process is being managed electronically via the eTenderWales portal.
