Description

DfT Operator Limited has entered into a contract with NTT DATA UK Limited for the provision of remote application support for its SAP Analytics Cloud environment.
The service covers the TOC Payments and TOC Financials data models and includes application support for bug fixes and how-to queries. Support is limited to a maximum of 30 tickets during the 12-month contract period, with each ticket capped at five hours.
NTT DATA originally designed and implemented the relevant SAP Analytics Cloud models and holds the detailed technical and configuration knowledge needed to support the existing environment. The contract maintains continuity of support and avoids the disproportionate transition, reverse-engineering and onboarding risks associated with appointing a new supplier.
