We are undertaking a Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise to better understand the current ticketing solutions available within the market and to explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches that could enhance future service delivery. The purpose of this engagement is to gather information from suppliers on the capabilities, functionality, and developments within the ticketing sector, including opportunities to improve user experience, operational efficiency, accessibility, reporting, integration, and digital transformation. We are particularly interested in understanding innovative solutions, market trends, and best practice that may help inform our future procurement strategy and requirements. This engagement is for information-gathering purposes only and does not constitute a call for competition or a commitment to commence a procurement process. Supplier participation will help shape our understanding of the market and support the development of a well-informed future requirement.
