Description
For the provision of specialist services, which will cover:
•Stage 1 - a dilapidations liability assessment on behalf the Bank to understand its exposure to the landlord’s schedule of dilapidations on lease exit; and
•Stage 2 - negotiation of a suitable settlement on behalf of the Bank. This will also include liaising with our external law firm to ensure the agreed settlement is documented correctly
This was procured in line with the Banks Standing Financial Instructions (SFIs)
