Providing support to:
• establish a single agreed view of DDTS's current
transformation position;
• consolidate and validate existing transformation activity;
• assess readiness for IOM2 implementation;
• identify key gaps, dependencies, assumptions and risks;
• identify the organisational, governance and operating
model decisions required to support IOM2; and
• establish a practical next-step plan and considerations for
future phases of transformation.
