Description

whg requires a competent contractor to undertake the planned annual
servicing of approximately 682 Heat Interface Units (HIUs) installed
across 9 communal heating networks split over 15 blocks.
The service is intended to ensure compliance with applicable heat
network regulations, metering and billing requirements, and recognised
industry best practice (including BSRIA and CIBSE guidance).
The key requirements are as follows;
• Ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all HIUs.
• Maintain optimal system performance and minimise energy
losses.
• Identify faults, deterioration, or inefficiencies at an early stage.
