Description

Microsoft Unified Support provides a single, consistent support model across Microsoft services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra, Fabric, Power Platform. This enables faster resolution of complex incidents and improved service continuity. It also ensures alignment with Microsoft best practices and provides a structured escalation path for critical workloads, which is particularly important given the scale and sensitivity of the services being delivered.
