Name of Project: Sustainable, Integrated and Safe Road Infrastructure Project (P502979) Contract Title: Rehabilitation of the main road MI-109 (M-20), Bilea – Trebinje Loan No. / Credit No./ Grant No.: 97800-BA RFB Reference No.: BA-RS-SISRI-W-RFB-26-1.2.6 Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Sustainable, Integrated and Safe Road Infrastructure Project , and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of the main road MI-109 (M-20), Bilea – Trebinje ; For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing . The Public Company”Republic of Srpska Roads” Ltd. now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Rehabilitation of the main road MI-109 (M-20), Bilea – Trebinje . Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “ PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS FOR IPF BORROWERS PROCUREMENT IN INVESTMENT PROJECT FINANCING GOODS, WORKS, NON-CONSULTING, AND CONSULTING SERVICES SEVENTH EDITION, SEPTEMBER 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
