Description

This Tender process concerns a contract for a Mechanical Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Service and Repair Service for the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales (the "Commissioner").
The Contract is divided into 3 Lots as shown below and further set out in the Specification. One Contractor shall be appointed to each of Lots 1 to 3. Tenderers may bid for single lots, multiple lots or all lots.
LOT 1 - The maintenance, service, repair and replacement parts for heating and plumbing systems
LOT 2 -The maintenance, service, repair and replacement parts for local extraction 50and ventilation systems including local exhaust ventilation (LEV) and room extraction and fire and smoke dampers
LOT 3 - Heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems ("HVAC's") and Air handling Units (AHU's)
The detail of each of the Services required under each lot can be located within the Specification within the Tender Document, which can be located within the General Attachments Area of https://etenderwales.ukp.app.jaggaer.com, along with all of the other Tender Documents.

Lots

  1. Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Service Repair and Replacements of Parts for Heating and Plumbing Systems

    The Services include the maintenance, service, repair and replacement parts for heating and plumbing systems, which shall include, but not be limited to,:
    i. general plumbing services and hot water heaters
    ii. boilers
    iii. convector heating
    iv. fan assisted heating
    v. service and maintenance checks on all plant and equipment detailed in the Asset List. The checks shall include pumps, valves, flues and local controls as applicable
    vi. rapid hot water taps
    vii. remedial works identified following legionella control and management Services, including system flushing, cleaning and disinfection, pipework modifications, equipment replacement and system upgrades

    The maintenance, service, repair and replacement parts for:
    i. local extraction and ventilation systems including local exhaust ventilation (LEV) and room extraction as detailed in the Asset List
    ii. fire and smoke dampers

  3. Heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (

    PLANNED AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR HEATING, VENTILATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS (HVAC'S AND AIR HANDLING UNITS (AHU'S)
