Description

Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) is seeking a cloud-based digital solution to support workforce learning, competency management and structured assessment processes. The system must enable the delivery and management of learning across operational and support roles, including role-based assignment of training, group management and the recording of both online and instructor-led learning. A key requirement is the ability to support structured assessment workflows, including the capture of learner evidence, assessor review and internal quality assurance (IQA), with clear audit trails to support compliance and inspection requirements. The solution should support mobile and offline access, enable real-time recording of practical assessments and provide reporting to monitor compliance and progression. The procurement includes implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.
