Description

Microsoft Unified Support provides a single, consistent support model across Microsoft services, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra, Fabric, Power Platform. This enables faster resolution of complex incidents and improved service continuity. In a national policing and managed services context, where platform availability and security are critical, having direct access to Microsoft engineers reduces risk during major incidents and supports proactive issue prevention. It also ensures alignment with Microsoft best practices and provides a structured escalation path for critical workloads, which is particularly important given the scale and sensitivity of the services being delivered.
