REVISED SUBMISSION DETAILS • New Extended Deadline: November 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon) All other evaluation criteria, selection methods (Consultant’s Qualifications Based Selection - CQS), and terms outlined in the original Request for Expressions of Interest document remain unchanged.
