Descrição

The Supplier shall provide a solution for resilient, cloud-based connectivity between the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and Microsoft Teams using Microsoft-certified Session Border Controllers (SBCs). The service must support the migration from the current telephony provider with minimal disruption to business operations and allow a phased migration approach.
The supplier shall provide all services, connectivity, management, support and professional services required to implement and support the Direct Routing solution.
