Mini Competition on Fusion 21 Building Safety and Compliance Framework Lot 1 for asbestos surveying
Competition for work to award TWO suppliers for the provision of asbestos surveys, sampling, air monitoring, training and reinspection's across a 20,000‑property housing portfolio. Be One Homes subcontracts all asbestos‑related activities and requires TWO suitably qualified and accredited suppliers capable of delivering the full scope of services (both Stream 1 and Stream 2), including Management Surveys, Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) Surveys, sample collection and analysis, air monitoring, four‑stage clearances, and cyclical reinspections undertaken on a 1‑, 2‑ or 3‑year basis.
Service delivery will operate across two defined streams:
Stream 1: All asbestos surveys, sampling and air monitoring within tenanted properties, including all properties subject to scheduled reinspections. Also, asbestos surveys associated with the Capital Programme where can deliver to agreed timescales.
Stream 2: All asbestos surveys, sampling and air monitoring within void and care & repair properties, together with the delivery of asbestos training. Also, asbestos surveys associated with the Capital Programme where can deliver to agreed timescales.

    Competition to award TWO suppliers for the provision of asbestos surveys, sampling, air monitoring, training and reinspection's across a 20,000‑property housing portfolio. Be One Homes subcontracts all asbestos‑related activities and requires TWO suitably qualified and accredited suppliers capable of delivering the full scope of services (both Stream 1 and Stream 2), including Management Surveys, Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) Surveys, sample collection and analysis, air monitoring, four‑stage clearances, and cyclical reinspections undertaken on a 1‑, 2‑ or 3‑year basis.
    Work will be divided between the top TWO suppliers ; the supplier that comes 1st will undertake workstream 1 and the supplier that comes 2nd will undertake workstream 2 .
    Service delivery will operate across two defined streams:
    Stream 1: All asbestos surveys, sampling and air monitoring within tenanted properties, including all properties subject to scheduled reinspections. Also, asbestos surveys associated with the Capital Programme where can deliver to agreed timescales.
    Stream 2: All asbestos surveys, sampling and air monitoring within void and care & repair properties, together with the delivery of asbestos training. Also, asbestos surveys associated with the Capital Programme where can deliver to agreed timescales.
