Descripción

The contract is for the modernisation of the existing passenger lift at Cherry Barton, Exeter, EX2 9DL, on behalf of Cornerstone Housing Limited.
The works include the design, supply, installation and replacement or upgrading of lift components, including mechanical, electrical, control and door systems, together with associated safety and accessibility improvements.
The contractor is responsible for undertaking the necessary surveys, coordinating works within an occupied residential building, implementing appropriate resident communication and welfare arrangements, and completing all required testing, commissioning, certification, training and handover documentation.
The works are to be completed by 31 March 2027 and include a 24-month defects liability period.
