Descripción

Replacement of failing plastic domestic services pipework with copper.
The work will require subcontracted builders' work for opening up, making good and boxing in of new pipework routes.
Mulberry lodge is a supported living facility that houses 6 disabled adult residents across two flats.
The works are to be done over 2 sections (Flat 2 and Flat1) to allow for decant of residents.
Ideally a site visit with both mechanical contractor and their subcontractor builder can be arranged w/b 10/08/2026. This will include some small opening-up to determine the scopes of pipework replacement.
If necessary further visits may be accommodated with negotiations on programme, terms, scope following.
Price will need to be finalised by 31st of August latest.
