Certain aspects of the ITT documentation are considered by DRS to be commercially sensitive. Access to the procurement documentation will therefore be conditional upon the relevant tenderer entering into a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) in the form prescribed by DRS.
To enable prospective tenderers to put the necessary confidentiality arrangements in place in advance of publication of the procurement documentation, tenderers are invited to complete and sign the NDA attached to this notice and return it to Stephen.Tomassen@ntsglobal.uk
Please note that the procurement documentation will only be made available to tenderers that have submitted a duly completed and signed NDA in the form prescribed by DRS
DRS is, on a voluntary basis, operating under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) for this procurement and is therefore advertising this opportunity on the Central Digital Platform. By doing so, it does not become a public authority and DRS reserve the right to deviate from the PA23 at its discretion but will preserve the principles of fairness and transparency.
