Beschreibung

NIE Networks intends to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more suppliers for the provision and delivery of gasket kits and associated materials to support its ongoing maintenance programme for plant and switchgear assets. The maintenance programme is designed to ensure the continued reliability, operational performance, and extended service life of these assets.
Many maintenance activities require the disassembly of plant and switchgear equipment. As part of the reassembly process, existing gaskets must be removed and replaced to maintain equipment integrity and performance. Accordingly, this Framework Agreement will provide a reliable source of replacement gasket kits and materials required for planned maintenance activities.
The Framework Agreement will also support unplanned maintenance requirements, including fault investigations, repairs, and the replacement of plant and switchgear components where gasket replacement is necessary to restore equipment to service.investigations and repairs.
NIE Networks estimates that the total value of the Framework Agreement will be up to £366,000 (exclusive of VAT) over the total eight year period.
